The "Rodriguez All-Boy" course has been broken!... Kaki & Michael just got the news that their baby will be a G-I-R-L.

ON A SERIOUS NOTE: EL SALVADOR RAVAGED BY HURRICANE
From Carmencity y Julio: For all who have not seen the news lately, Hurricane Ida has wrecked havoc in Central America & especially in El Salvador.  Over 1,00 missing, several hundres dead and injured and 10,000 plus displaced from their homes.  As many of you know, Julio & I have been part of the Salvadoran American Humanitarian Foundation for 24 years.  The monsy goes to those who need it most and they are really hurting now.  Please, help as much as you can. Mrs Mary Ann Mobley passed away Nov. 10, 2009.  She has now joined her daughter, Beverly, in Heaven... We will forever have with us the memories of a kind women who always found kind words for everyone she met...

Rembe Jr., and I were fortunate enough to be able to visit with Mr. Mobley and Toti the weekend of her passing.  It was extremely heartwarming to listen to Mr. Mobley's stories - along with his brother - of their "days hunting in Kentucky"... Truly a great example of the 'true grits' of what is America.

[For those in the extended familia that may not know, Mrs Mobley was Beverly's mother.  Beverly was Toti's wife.  She passed away 5 years ago.  Toti is Reemberto's brother.]
