Dartmouth College Visit & New Hampshire Outing
Labor Day Weekend 2007
Visiting Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire convinced Iggy (and us) that as great a school as Dartmouth is (Ivy League and all), it just ain't for Iggy... First of all, on August 30th we woke up to 42 degree weather - not exactly baseball weather!... Second, let's just say that the ambiance we encountered was not an exact fit... Hey, check it out and see where you too could send your kid for a mere $45,000 per year... BUT, the rest of the State, including the White Mountains were amazingly beautiful even without the leaves changing and no snow on the ground... PLUS, the people were exceptionally friendly, including a little restaurant we happened to find in White Plains Junction... Scroll down to see all pics.
