(1) use the "pull-down" menu to select your choice for Division Champions*;
then write in your Wild Card*, League*, and World Champion
NOTE: *These are optional. You can simply choose the World Champion only.
(2) write your e-mail and name in the space provided
(3) then hit "submit"
Winners will be contacted at the end of the season.
